The Coaching Relationship

The Client understands that coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance between the Coach and the Client) designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals.

• Self-Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results.

• Not Therapy: The Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or other professional health care.
   

Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. The Coach’s total liability under this agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services provided.
 

Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client strictly confidential, except as required by law (e.g., threat of harm to self or others).

Note: Please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not legally "privileged" in the way a doctor-patient or attorney-client relationship is.
 

Scheduling & Cancellations

To respect the time of both parties, the following policies apply:

• Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

• Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of the Client's arrival time.

• No-Shows: If a Client fails to show up for a session without notice, the session is forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Payments Policy

By completing this checkout, the Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected package.

• Payment Schedule: Payments are due in full or according to the agreed-upon installment plan at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy:

Scheduled appointments may be refunded if Coach agrees that Client has a reasonable explanation as to why the session was not canceled 24 hours in advanced. If a purchased was purchased and a refund is processed, it will be based on the value of the session and not the discounted price.
 

Intellectual Property:

Any worksheets, videos, or materials provided during the coaching program are for the Client’s individual use only. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the Coach’s proprietary materials without written permission.
